Yes. All MyCarat lab-grown diamonds come with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) certificate — the gold standard for lab-grown diamond grading. The certificate confirms Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat weight.

The 4Cs are Cut, Colour, Clarity, and Carat. Cut is most important — it determines how brilliantly the diamond sparkles. Colour (D–Z scale) and Clarity (FL to I3) affect value. Carat is weight. Our Price Sandbox lets you explore how each choice affects the price in real time.

We offer diamonds from 0.20ct to 3.00ct across our range, depending on the design. The available weights for each piece are shown in the Price Sandbox on the product page.

Yes — our Price Sandbox lets you select your preferred diamond quality (Colour + Clarity combination). For bespoke requests or specific stone sourcing, contact us on WhatsApp.

IGI (International Gemological Institute) is an independent laboratory that grades diamonds. Their certificate documents the exact Cut, Colour, Clarity, Carat weight, and measurements of your specific diamond. It also states whether the stone is lab-grown or natural.

Yes — GIA certified natural diamonds are available on select pieces. GIA (Gemological Institute of America) is the most recognised certification for natural diamonds. Look for the GIA badge on product pages, or request it via WhatsApp.

Yes — since June 2021, BIS hallmarking is mandatory for gold jewellery sold in India. All MyCarat pieces carry a BIS Hallmark confirming gold purity (18KT = 750 fineness, 22KT = 916 fineness).

Yes — once your order is confirmed, the certificate PDF is available in your MyCarat account under Order Details. A physical copy is also included in your jewellery box.

Diamond jewellery pricing depends on your choices — diamond type (lab-grown vs natural), quality grade, metal purity, and solitaire selection. Each combination has a different price. Our Price Sandbox shows you the exact price in real time as you make each selection.

Yes — all prices shown in the Price Sandbox and at checkout are fully inclusive of gold value, diamond value, making charges, and GST. No hidden charges.

Prices are updated periodically to reflect current gold and diamond market rates. The price shown at the time of placing your order is what you pay — rates are locked at checkout.

For bulk orders (3+ pieces) or bespoke designs, reach out on WhatsApp for a custom quote. Standard single-piece orders are priced transparently through the Sandbox.

Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available in select cities. Enter your pincode on the product page to see your estimate.

Yes — all shipments are fully insured for their declared value. Packages are tamper-evident sealed and dispatched with a reputable courier partner.

Yes — once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track in your MyCarat account under Order Details.

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — join the waitlist on WhatsApp to be notified when it launches.

We offer a 30-day no-questions-asked return policy. The piece must be in original condition with the box, certificate, and tags. We arrange free pickup from your doorstep.

After we receive and verify the returned piece (2–3 days), refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

You can exchange any MyCarat piece for another at any time. We'll credit the current gold + diamond value of your piece (at today's market rate) towards your new purchase. Making charges are non-refundable on exchange.

Please photograph the damage and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the piece or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Goldback is locked for 30 days after delivery (the return window). Once unlocked, it appears in your Goldback wallet at the current gold rate.

No — your Goldback balance never expires. It stays in your wallet until you choose to use it.

At checkout, select "Use Goldback" to apply your balance. You can use any amount from ₹100 upwards, including your full balance to cover the entire order.

Yes — we accept bespoke commissions. Share your idea, inspiration images, or sketch via WhatsApp. Our design team will send you a 3D render and quote within 3–5 business days.

Bespoke pieces typically take 3–5 weeks from design approval to delivery: 1 week for design, 2–3 weeks for production and QC, and 5–7 days for delivery.

Yes — a 50% advance is required before production begins. The balance is due before dispatch. Custom orders are non-returnable but are covered by our exchange policy.

Yes — laser engraving is available on most ring bands and pendants. Add your message in the order notes at checkout or request via WhatsApp. Engraving is complimentary for orders above ₹25,000.
