mycarat.in is the official website of the brand My Carat — Exquisite Diamond Boutique, owned and operated by Nemidium Diamonds and Jewellery LLP.

About MyCarat

MyCarat ("the Store", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Nemidium Diamonds and Jewellery LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India with its principal place of business in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.

By accessing mycarat.in or placing an order, you ("the Customer", "you") agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing

  • Every piece of gold jewellery is BIS Hallmarked by the Bureau of Indian Standards.
  • Every diamond piece carries an IGI grading report. Every solitaire is IGI certified with a detailed diamond report. Other gemstones are certified by IGI or another accredited laboratory.
  • Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Gold value is calculated at today's IBJA rate at the time of order.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; orders affected by a genuine pricing error may be cancelled with a full refund before dispatch.

Orders and payment

  • An order is confirmed only after the concierge verification call and the advance payment.
  • We accept payments via the modes displayed at checkout. A portion of payment may be made using GoldBack wallet coins.
  • The Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasonable cause, including suspected fraud.

Delivery, refunds, cancellations and exchanges

Delivery timelines and shipping are governed by our Shipping Policy. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Lifetime exchange terms are set out on the Exchange page.

Intellectual property

All content on mycarat.in — product images, copy, designs, the MyCarat name, and the MyCarat logo — is the intellectual property of Nemidium Diamonds and Jewellery LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Store's liability in connection with any order is limited to the value paid by the Customer for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms, the Website, or any purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on mycarat.in at the time of your order. We recommend reviewing this page before every purchase.
