Refund policy
Effective date: 20 April 2026
Your satisfaction is our priority. This policy explains how refunds, returns, and cancellations work at MyCarat, operated by Nemidium Diamonds and Jewellery LLP.
14-day full refund
You may return any piece purchased from MyCarat within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. This applies to all jewellery — including made-to-order, customised, and personalised pieces.
What qualifies for a refund
- The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
- The original BIS hallmark tag and IGI certificate (where provided) must accompany the return.
Free pickup
We arrange free, insured doorstep pickup through our logistics partner. You pay nothing for return shipping.
Refund method and timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- If your order was paid in part using the GoldBack wallet, the wallet portion is credited back as GoldBack coins and the remaining amount refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of the returned item passing our in-house quality check.
Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge at any stage before delivery — during order confirmation, manufacturing, quality check, or shipping. After delivery, the 14-day refund window applies.
