Where we ship

MyCarat currently ships pan-India only. International shipping is coming soon.

Shipping charges

Free shipping on every order. No minimum order value.

Delivery timeline

Most MyCarat pieces are made-to-order. The typical journey from purchase to doorstep:

• Order confirmation call — 1 to 2 business days. Our concierge calls you to confirm ring size, diamond type, and advance payment.
• Manufacturing — 5 to 7 business days. Your piece is crafted by our workshop partners.
• Quality check — 3 to 5 business days. In-house QC including BIS hallmarking and IGI certification.
• Dispatch and delivery — 3 to 5 business days. Insured shipment via our logistics partner.

Total: approximately 12 to 19 business days from payment to delivery.

Ready-to-ship pieces with faster delivery windows will be introduced soon.

Packaging, insurance, and tracking

• Every piece ships in tamper-evident premium MyCarat packaging.
• All shipments are fully insured in transit.
• A tracking link is sent via WhatsApp at dispatch.
• Signature verification is required on delivery for orders above a threshold value.
