Manufacturing
Your piece is crafted in our workshops — casting, stone-setting, polish, and finish.
3 to 5 business days
Quality check and certification
Every stone setting and finish is reviewed in-house. BIS hallmark applied. IGI or equivalent certificate issued for solitaires and gemstones.

Dispatch and delivery
Packed in tamper-evident MyCarat packaging and shipped insured via our logistics partner. Tracking link arrives on WhatsApp at dispatch.
Total: approximately 12 to 19 business days from payment to delivery. Ready-to-ship pieces with faster windows are coming soon.
