We take every piece seriously — so you don't have to worry.
Every MyCarat piece leaves our workshop after BIS hallmarking, IGI certification, and an in-house quality review. We don't expect you to need this page. But if something isn't right, it's our responsibility to make it right.

Before thinking about a return, WhatsApp our concierge on +91 7987557543. Most concerns we see — a small fit adjustment, a clasp question, a minor surface touch-up — can be solved without returning anything. Our gemologists respond between 11 am and 9 pm.
If a return is the right path
14-day window
From the day your piece reaches you, you have 14 days to request a return for a full refund.
Every piece qualifies
This includes custom-made, personalised, and made-to-order pieces. No exclusions.
Free insured pickup
We arrange a pickup from your doorstep at no cost. You never pay return shipping.
Refund to original payment method
Processed within 7 business days of the piece clearing our in-house quality review. If you paid partly with GoldBack wallet, the wallet portion returns to your wallet and the remainder goes back to your card or bank.
What we check on return
- The piece is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The original BIS hallmark tag and IGI certificate are included.
If a piece arrives damaged in transit or doesn't match what you ordered, we replace it at no cost — and you don't need to wait for the 14-day window.
